Pretty good

Its nice to have a digital version of one of my favorite magazines but I really think they should offer the digital version free to those who already subscribe to the print version.

I hope they will give access to digital versions of the mag to current print subscribers.. no point in buying the same mag twice.. :-/

Please update your app to make use of the bigger screen. Thank you! Oh and BTW. Great price on a one year subscription! It made the difference for me subscribing.

Why would this not be free to print subscribers. Do you really expect me to pay twice???

Great mag, bad app

Cannot get this app to work. Although I purchased a digital subscription the app does not recognize it. The login doesnt work. Pretty annoying since I purchased a digital only subscription!

Magazine Stopped Loading after 2 months

App worked great for first two months and now latest issue will not download. Contacted customer service. They told me to do a reset. That did not fix the problem. Now they just say contact iTunes and are of no help and are non responsive. My advice is get a regular paper subscription instead.

Lost subscription

With new version lost subscription and was charged for additional issues. Ouch!

New update deleted purchased issues

The app is no longer functional so dont commit to a subscription ( as I did ) until they have worked things out. Not only have all issues prior to June 2015 disappeared but you cannot download either the June or July issues regardless of whether you attempt to re subscribe, buy a single issue or restore an existing subscription ( they do seem quite content to keep billing you however ).

Same problem as the others

I am having the same problem as the other reviews since the update. All my purchased issues are gone, I cant restore my purchases, or download the new issues without being charged again. Its been too long and this still hasnt been addressed. As a long time subscriber, its sad this has compelled me to write my first app review.

Not able to see old purchases or new ones

I purchased multiple single issues and then decided to subscribe a few weeks ago. I am still unable to restore my purchases and get the newest issue from the subscription. When I look in my settings it shows that everything is active and good to go but nothing is working. How do I cancel this because it isnt worth it?

Dont buy this app!

Same problem as others - update lost subscription. Customer service not responsive, doesnt seem to be concerned, barely apologizes for a problem thats been going on for a month now. Get a print subscription or buy it in the grocery store if you want to know whats going on in town before its already happened.

Completely broken app

The latest update broke this app for previous subscribers and after a month or more of complaints the publishers have not fixed it. Im canceling my subscription and recommend you save yourself the time and energy of trying to deal with these people.

Lost all issues

I had a purchased subscription and checked to see the new issue and now it refuses to restore my subscription or show new issues. This is unacceptable and scam and I will be writing Apple to request them to refund my subscription.

Lost all issues

Lost all of the issues after the latest software update. Doesnt recognize my email when trying to log in. Contacted Portland Monthly support. No resolution after several days. Too bad because its a really good read.

Does Not Work

It was time to renew my PM subscription and I thought Id go digital this time so I subscribed to the iPad version. They took my money but Ive yet to be able to download a single issue. Wish I would have read the other reviews first.
